      Wierd...

Today morning i attempted to WBTB. For a while I tried to keep my conciousness, I'm not sure if it lasted or i dozzed off, but suddenly i was at my table, I knew instantly this is a dream. Immediately i started seeing the dream fade. I tried to ground in by trying to spin first, wasnt able to spin, then tried to put out my hand and feel around, also couldn't. By this time the view was kinda dark. In a last desperate attempt i started rubbing my head with my hand. THIS i was able to feel, i kept doing it, but i dont think it worked. Next I see a still picture (the attached picture). This was very very clear to me. It felt like i was watching a TV screen. Since i didnt wake up yet i thought it maybe some phase of LD, and so i waited. this lasted for about 20 seconds before it faded and i woke up! Second time and again only a minute!

I know I have to still work on this, but wanted to ask, has anyone had any similar experience? If yes any suggestions?

      hi! congratulations on your LD!

yeah I've had this type of thing many times where the dream begins to fade- if you feel you can't "save the dream" instead try to make yourself have a false awakening I did this yesterday and had a long lucid dream after that
