I just found this site today when I decided to look up things about meditation, which led me to lucid dreaming. I found this interesting, but I usually never remember my dreams, so I thought I'd try to improve that. You guys have a great site here and any tips on improving dream recall would be greatly appreciated. |

Hello and welcome to Dreamviews! A good way to remember your dreams, is to write them down as soon after you've had them as possible. You can try setting an alarm throughout the night, wake up, write down your dream, then return ro sleep. If you can't have a loud alarm you try setting a cell phone on vibrate and out it in your pillow case, sock, or on top of a hard surface (depending on how hard it vibrates). Also, having and keeping up with a dream journal can help recall over time. Good Luck to you! |
