Hi,
I am finding that I am having problems remembering my dreams I have tried all the methods. Though what I found interesting was that I can only remember my dreams from Saturdays, the only day where my alarm doesn't go off. So I think that my alarm is waking me up too quickly and then I lose my dreams.
Does anyone have any ideas of how I can remember my dreams everyday of the week. All I need is something that will wake me up slowly. Any ideas?
