Are you starting a Dream Journal? Dream journals are an excellent way to improve recall and is a huge step towards lucid dreaming. I also suggest, if you can't remember your dreams one night, lay still with your eyes closed when you wake up. Then backtrack through your dream, asking yourself "What happened before that?" "Where was I before that?" Once you got the whole dream remembered or most of it, write it down in your DJ, so you don't forget it again. |
