      Quick Question

Hey guys so I woke up kind of early this morning (around 8ish), ate breakfast, then went back to bed. I kept sort of falling asleep and starting dreams, but I was awake enough to realize I was dreaming. The bad part was that everytime I realized I was dreaming I would immediately wake up. Any advice?

You could try DEILD. Other than that, just keep trying. As they say, practice makes perfect.

Yeah, lucid dreams are almost always fairly short when they happen in the late morning hours, after about eight. It might help to make sure your room is completely dark, otherwise all I can advise is for you to get your sleep earlier in the night.
