Yes recall would be the best thing but you don't need to wake up in the night. The mere intention to remember your dreams does it and when you wake up, lay on your back still with your eyes closed. Barely anyone actually wakes up 5 times every night and that also isn't very good for your health. The first day I wanted to remember my dreams, I did and the same happened the day after and after that and so on. |

Either one, although trying to remember them in the morning is better for your sleep. I'd say waking up every 90 minutes is easy because it interrupts your dreams, making them easier to remember. Waking up and remembering works well too, but it takes longer to remember them. Oh, and if you wake up and you think you can't remember your dreams, then THAT'S NOT TRUE. |
