I, myself wouldn't recommend taking supplements. Try taking food that has Vitamin b in it. Before you go to bed, have a banana or two. Or something else. |

I probably wouldn't take supplements they might have nasty side-effects, besides you're never really sure they'll even work. Like lucidness said I'd just have some food or drink that has this vitamin in it, it should have the same effect I think |
