I have had sucess with using dream signs to become lucid, only a few times, but I did manage to stop a reacuring nightmare * so that was good. I normally only notice I'm dreaming when something really outrageous happens. I think I'm doing well in attaining lucidity tho, I've had about 4 lucid dreams last month and the month before that I was lucky if I could recall a dream a week. Another question, the last 2 nights I took nytol, some herbal sleep aid its not really a sleeping pill, because of it I slept better and had longer dreams but will it help with lucidity?
Perhaps. What I would suggest the next time you find yourself in a lucid dream and about to wake up, don't just spin. Remain calm and spin, or don't spin and.. take a deep breath or something. Basically, just don't panic. If you get excited, your heart will beat faster, and your body will become more active, and you will come out of the dream.
