is this t/ same?

      , hello,
I have a question that I feel some of you will understand - or at least I'm hoping so, & I'll b able to get an answer!! : would it be considered 'lucid dreaming' when you have a dream, awaken slightly but know you were in t/ midst of a dream & can make yourself continue sleeping so you can learn t/ outcome? This seems so strange to me, though it has happened to me quite often. If this is not 'lucid dreaming', (& to me it Almost sounds t/ same, but different), what is it? Thanks alot, jen
you mean re-entering a dream? if that's the case, and you re-enter knowning you are dreaming, then it is a lucid dream

I used to do exactly what you are doing. However, I no longer have time to work on dream re-entry since life has happened to catch up with me. I found it very effective, especially with the powerful dreams I used to have. There's a tutorial on that technique if you were interesting on getting someone else's view on it.

When I was young I did one of those. I had a dream of a woman walking by me and I woke up, and for some reason I liked her so I thought of her alot and I fell back asleep and dreamt of her again 30 seconds later.
