1. You move in lucid dreams (or almost-lucid dreams, where you suspect you're dreaming) the same way you move in real life. You just do it. You won't look like a fool moving your body around - that is the whole point of sleep paralysis. Well, not to avoid looking like a fool, but to avoid acting out your dreams in real life motions. There are rare conditions where people fail to experience sleep paralysis, and people with these conditions can put themselves and others in danger from acting out their dreams.

2. Can't help you with this one. Never tried the CANWILD method. I rely mostly on DILDs, with best results from doing a 30-minute or so "wake-back-to-bed" (WBTB) after about 5 hours of sleep to get my mind on dream signs and reality checks.
