1. You move in lucid dreams (or almost-lucid dreams, where you suspect you're dreaming) the same way you move in real life. You just do it. You won't look like a fool moving your body around - that is the whole point of sleep paralysis. Well, not to avoid looking like a fool, but to avoid acting out your dreams in real life motions. There are rare conditions where people fail to experience sleep paralysis, and people with these conditions can put themselves and others in danger from acting out their dreams. |

No dream goals at the moment...just flying and letting stuff happen is kinda fun, and it's hard to motivate myself to try LDing lately.
Just like innerspace says, you feel as though you are moving and in control of your real body. If I tell my left foot 2 move, it does. Sometimes depending how vivid my LD is, lets say its a semi LD I may get a strobe like effect while my body is moving but none the less I am in total control. |

Another question, how well would singing a song that you know all the words to while your in the blackness waiting. |

I don't really know what you're asking... But if you're asking whether you could sing a song in your head at the beginning of a WILD... Umm, I don't know. xP If you had HH, you could probably direct them so that they would play the song. |

LOL my bad i wasnt clear about that. I was refferring to the part about keeping your mind concious while you drift off to sleep. |
