      Exclamation Help!

I have been trying to LD for about a year now and have seen no results. I have tried B6, sleep induction mp3s, binaural beats, recall mp3s subliminal messagin and just trying really hard and have had no results whatsoever. I am deeply disheartened.

Could someone offer me some help!

      Hey T,

No problem man, from the looks of it it may be possible you're trying TOO hard - stress is a lucidity killer.

Have you tried starting with the fundamentals of lucid dreaming: dream journals, reality checks, lying still after waking up to remember your dreams, etc? You may be relying a bit too much on those external stimuli as well. Lucid dreaming is in your head, so that's where you need to focus your intentions.

WILDing is mostly an advanced technique that people who have some LD experience.

Supplements are primarily for those who are older and have some chemical deficiencies which come with age.

I wouldn't give up - it's waaaaaay too worth it when it finally happens.

      Hey there!

I think Tornado is right. You may be trying too hard. What helped me when I was in my lucid prime was, actually, spending a lot of time posting around here. There is a whole treasure room of knowledge to be had. Do not give up, we are here to offer any help you may need.

      to the forum!
Like Tornado Joe said, stress is bad. Very bad. Try taking a week or so break from trying to LD. I did that once, after 2 months of trying and failing, and had a lucid during that week. Just hang in there, it'll come

xD yeah actually I think I was exagerating, tried to teach some friends...
      after improoving ur dreaming recall
      MILD is the easiert technique...
Try to asociate events to a simple remindal: make a reality test... (count your fingers is the easyest... they are never five.) for example: every time something bad happens, or simply get a clock and put an alarm to beep every hour... and make the reality test... It will probably piss you up in like 3 days, and you probably start LDing in short...
at lesat that worked fantastic with my "students"
