good evening, all! thought i'd drop a quick introduction before i start popping up in other areas and take the opportunity to ask for some advice, i'm relatively new to LDing, i've had a few but no idea how i achieved them and so i decided it was time to find out! i've been using Monroe Institiutes HemiSync program and am currently in Wave 2, do any of you have experience of this and is it worth continuing with? any comments are much appreciated x

Welcome to the Community I never heard of these programs, but if it is suppose to help you lucid dream, then you may have better luck asking in Lucid Aids. Asking outside there, you can expect to hear a lot of people who discourage this use. The reason is because you can get lucid dreams on your own which is obviously true.
