I never heard of these programs, but if it is suppose to help you lucid dream, then you may have better luck asking in Lucid Aids. Asking outside there, you can expect to hear a lot of people who discourage this use. The reason is because you can get lucid dreams on your own which is obviously true. What you do is up to you though.

I tried that program, I cant say for sure if I had any results since its been a while ago ... but whatever you try if you believe in it, it will work for you that's for sure
