      Hi Fellas

      Hello

I suppose if anyone wants to know then I'll say that I used to lucid dream about a year ago but it became a problem because of my insomnia and I stopped. I started taking melatonin for it not too long ago and it has done wonders for my insomnia as well as have a side effect of giving me very vivid dreams. I randomly had a lucid dream about a week ago and it inspired me to begin having them again. I thought I'd join a forum to see if I can learn some more and maybe post some advice where I can give it.

      Welcome!

That stinks that you have insomnia! On some nights, it seems like I do as I start breathing hard and takes forever to fall asleep, but that's once in a blue moon, so I guess I'm good...

A side affect to get more vivid dreams! That is SUCH an awesome side effect!

Good for you for starting to LD again! You and I both know that you won't be sorry!
If you see a strange typo in my post, blame my iPad for that.

to Dream Views! I would recommend checking out the tutorials. I would recommend the MILD based on the way you describe your sleep habits.

If you like, you could also try reverse-blinking to help with your insomnia. Many report great success with this.

      Good luck!
