thought i'd drop a quick introduction before i start popping up in other areas and take the opportunity to ask for some advice,

i'm relatively new to LDing, i've had a few but no idea how i achieved them and so i decided it was time to find out!

i've been using Monroe Institiutes HemiSync program and am currently in Wave 2, do any of you have experience of this and is it worth continuing with?
