Why don't you try it and tell us |

Well I was wondering say if you woke up at, say 4:00am set your alarm for ten mins (So 4:10) go to sleep and when it wakes you up put it on snooze for 5mins and repeat say 5times. Then turn off the alarm and go to sleep would your subconscious expect the alarm after 5 mins so you become lucid in the dream instead of waking up properly? |

Well there is a technique similar to this (CAT) only it uses a substantially longer period of time to readjust your "body clock". Should be interesting to see how this goes |
