      Bugger, the article just takes you to lucid dreaming. That's useless.

      There. This one is better, it actually takes you to the device

      In short, it's a method that externally induces you to have lucid dreams. The pulsing light should manifest itself in your dreams some how. The only other obstacle is to recognize it as the cue when you see it (easier said than done )

      yeha but itd help... and i think i went lucid for about 5 seconds! i got excited but told myself to calm down but soon woke up
