Hey Liefx, in case you didn't see it, we have two programs currently up and running that might be useful for you. There's an adoption program where you can have a more experienced member become a personal tutor. That's being phased out in favor of the Dreamviews Academy, which is under development but likely to start soon. It's much more structured and better than the adoption program! |

"I feel my heart glow
with enthusiasm which elevates me to heaven; for nothing contributes so much to tranquillise the mind as a steady purpose--a point
on which the soul may fix its intellectual eye." -
Victor Frankenstein
but my question is. how do i do these if im not in control of my dream in the first place. if im not lucid how am i to perform a lucid activity to become aware of lucidity. thats like telling me to teach myself something that i dontknow about, without any resources. |

The thing with reality checks is that as you do them in real life, eventually they'll become habitual and with luck that habit will cross over into your dreaming state. When something is common in your waking life, it appears in your dreams. For instance, for the time I went to school a large part of my dreams took place in school. Now that I work at McDonalds, they're starting to happen more and more in that place. So as you RC more in waking life, they'll become so common that you'll start doing it in your dreams and voila, you're lucid. |
