      Herro!

I'm new! Well... duhh, I'm starting a topic in the newbie section O_O.

Anyway, I've been interested in LDing for exactly two days. I had, in fact, only briefly heard about it before and, upon googling some virtual reality stuff, I ended up here. Woo! Onto some real topics...

I'm not POSITIVE what I did was a lucid dream. I have nothing to compare it too. IT was weird because I usually never remember my dreams (if I do, they're always really, really random), but this one I can recall parts of. I think I did it using MILD? Although, again, I'm not really sure. I sorta just laid there and thought about it and tired not to move.

The dream itself was odd and, while still random as hell, I can remember a decent amount of it.

I remember seeing an xbox 360 guide. Like, when you hit the button the center of the controller and that thing pops up. I guess that might mean I play video games too much... And it said on it something about lucid dreaming. I can't recall the exact words, but I know it was there. Once past my little pop-up screen, I proceeded to get out of my bed. I must've been in my room, it was the same shape, but there were no windows and there was a huge killer whale thing in the center of the room. It made NO sense whatsoever... Anyway, I just kinda walked around. It couldn't have been more than a minute when I tried to open my door. It wouldn't open. So I tried to force it and woke up.

Is that... normal? Or is it as crack-tastic as I think it is?

One last thing. I felt like I was controlling myself with a controller. Another indication I play too many video games O_O If you made it through that, thanks for reading, and maybe you can help me progress a little further!

Dude, if you look at my DJ, I playt oo many games and watch avatar too much. LOL

Trust me, most dreams are whack as hell. My most recent was my geometry class using fighter jets to take out AC130s and the whole world was brown.

Were you aware that you were dreaming and knew that you were dreaming while you felt controlled? If you were aware that you were dreaming, then you are lucid. Dream control is another matter..
