By the way, who told you it was a false lucid? There really isn't any such thing. Just nonlucids.
I'm really confused by this whole false-lucid thing. I think I get why people think they are false. One of my LDs sort of felt like I wasn't in control of what I was doing. Like, why did I play around with flying? Why didn't I try to do the task of the month, or summon my DG or something?
All I can say is... we don't always get the level of control we'd like to have in lucids, but as Naiya said, as long as you know you're dreaming, that's all you need.
I think there's a misconception that when you become lucid, you think and are aware as if you're awake. For me, this isn't always the case. The dream I had where I played around with telekinesis and flying was one of the clearest LDs I've ever experienced, and yet... I didn't remember the goals I wanted to complete. Yet, I don't discount these dreams as false lucidity. I knew I was dreaming. And I had enough awareness to stablilze the dream when it started fading. I just didn't have enough control to complete my goals.
