Oh, and when you have a dream journal, write everything down, even if you only vaguely remember one flash of one scene in your dream. Because if you don't in at least the first few months, you'll stop remembering a lot of stuff. Trust me, I haven't remembered a thing in weeks. |

And look for dream signs. If you can't find one, use shift's "daily dream sign" technique. She provides a ton of random things that you can check your self for dreaming with. |
