Question Is this suppose to happen?

I went to bed and laid still for around 20 minutes without moving and suddenly i noticed my eyes where moving really fast and i saw snow falling on me for like 5 minutes. Eventually, it stopped and everything was black. Is this hypnagogic hallucinations? I might also mention that i could also move my body while in this state. Is there anything wrong about this?

      thanks

      Yes.

You know what's wrong about it?

You were able to find that you were moving.

      Which means..

      You were moving. Don't.

at the very threshold of sleep, as your muscles begin to relax is the switch to the stage of hypnagogic. Unless you are a sleep walker - you should not be able to move. You may find yourself move if you become startled at this point.

This state is felt as drifting off, or floating feeling. Many sleepers will feel hypnagogic hallucinations that could often awaken the sleeper.
