      Exclamation Help needed entering the dream state.

      I have had 4 LD's. Lately I have been attempting WBTB, cause that ussualy works for me. When I try to go to sleep i find that i get too antsy, uncomfortable and stay too awake. Also when i do reach SP i have trouble slipping into the dream state. Is it time for a new method. Any suggestions?

      You can try shortening your WBTB or changing up your timing. What do you do during your WBTB? Try to avoid anything with bright lights, like a television or computer screen.

      I ussually time it for about 6 hours from when i go to sleep. I also do go on the computer to look at dreamviews. I think i'll take a look at a book on LD instead to avoid the bright lights.

      When you actually reach SP, what is the best technique to enter the dreamstate? Any secret techniques?
