Hiiiii! I'm new :D Any advice please? :)

Hi people, I'm so glad that I've found other people, infact an entire website about dreams and the fact that they're weird! I have a lot of dreams, and I can tell my closest friends them, but otherwise people are just like "wow that must have been a disturbing dream" to anything I tell them and I'm like nooooo, you don't understand you weren't there, I was really happy! Or whatever I was feeling.
Anyway, well I've been keeping a dream diary for about a year now, just out of personal interest, i like to look back on the dreams I've had. Infact I've persuaded my closest friends to do the same XD
So yeah, I just wanna say hiiii

      Bonjourno!
Oh yeah, i dunno if it happens to anyone, but sometimes when i have lucid dreams i usually end the dream in a few ways. Usually i argue with friends in the dream about it being lucid. But also, which is more of a problem, I realise I'm in a dream, infact I'll do an example from one i had a while back-
well i suddenly realised i was in a dream and i was like "yes i'm in a dream!" and then i started thinking about cybermen, i dunno if any of you have ever watched Dr Who cos i dunno where you're all from, well they're from that, and they look like big robot men (hence the name XD) and go "delete" and they kill you by electricuting you, but anyway, i was like to myself "don't think of cyber men don't think of cyber men or they'll appear, don't think don't think" and then one comes round the corner and I'm like "CRAP" and then i have to run and wake up. I know I shouldn't get scared and run in dreams, but i dunno if they'd stop chasing me if i asked them to. It happens a lot with zombies too THAT is annoying :/
any help or advice would be much appreciated

ahahah thanks and don't worry, I know there's no right way to have dreams, I just wondered if people have experienced anything the same as me and what they did to overcome it. This zombie thing gets old :/ it's sehr annoying

I just found it to be totally cool that you said, "I'm in a dream!" And not. "I'm dreaming."

I have ALWAYS said it the same way. "I'm in a dream."

Hehehehe I suppose technically I'm dreaming, but it feels so much like I am in it, like another world ahh I'm glad someone else feels the same way !
