      Will go WILD now....

      1:06 pm here

So.... first clear my mind by meditating...... then just lay down relax...... and wait for my body to shut down but to be conscious... it will take a while and I'll eventually transit into dream state by just laying there, okay gonna try it

Haha. I've noticed that if your mind isn't calm its pretty hard to fall asleep or do anything other than talk in your head. Try just concentrating on your breathing and whatever thoughts or images pass through just let them try not to think about it too much.

That's how I do almost all my lucid dreaming. I'm usually up around 6 AM to take the dog out and then go back to bed. I systematically relax myself and then start concentrating on the light show on my eyelids until it turns into a person or object, then into a dream.

If I get up in the middle of the night for anything, I try the same method, but it usually doesn't work until around 5 - 6 AM.

I guess it's WBTB-WILD. I usually remember 1 to 3 dreams a week. One night, I had three. I wish I could remember what made that night different. . .
"I awoke in bed, totally astounded, my heart pounding and head reeling. Never had I felt such intense feelings of elation, energy, and utter freedom. I had done it! ~Robert Waggoner on his first lucid dream
