The last few nights i've had my dream journal right next to me on my bed stand, yet no dream ceased to stop me and make me realize that it wasn't reality, yet it was just merely just another passing dream.

I tried the WILD technique 2 days ago and had fantastic results, although it was a bit scary and shocking at first. Is the WILD technique more commonly used for when you go to bed at night, taking a midday nap, or can it be used at any time to induce a lucid dream?

Another thing that i've realized is that i'm having an incredibly hard time remembering my dreams. I'm thinking now this may be due to the excessive amounts of "green" i consume before dozing off. Will this greatly impact my lucid dreams capabilities?
