Hi, I lucid dream all of the time but I have no control of the dream. To be honest I would just like to go back to normal dreaming but I can't. Any suggestions on how to? |

I'm not sure if lucid dreaming is completely optional if you're someone who can naturally do it, but you can try autosuggestion. By that I mean, as you lie in bed to sleep, repeat to yourself, "I won't lucid dream" until you're sufficiently drowsy or actually fall asleep. |

You are dreaming!
If you are naturally having these lucid dreams, it can be a problem. Learning to control them can be a huge benefit. For example, regardless of where you are finding yourself lucid, instead change the location to a tropical beach and have a pina colada and relax on a hammock and get a massage... (god that sounds good!) |
