Um, I'm not exactly sure I understand what you're saying, but I've definitely had nights where the time just flies by like I was asleep even though I was awake. If you're looking for a technique that will tell you whether you're awake or asleep without waking yourself up if you're falling asleep (ie trying to WILD or something similar) try putting your tongue on the roof of your mouth where it blocks your airway. If you can breathe, you're asleep. Also, try to remember how you got where you were (what you did before bed, etc). |
