      hard time dream recalling

I need help. I'm writting down my dreams and I'm doing all I can do to have better dream recalling but teh last week has been really hard. is there anythign else besides writting.

I'm starting to contemplate adoption. if anyone can gimme more info on it. or if anyone is intersted in helping me out that'd be awsome.

I also have a hard time for WBTB I can't fall asleep, or if I do if feels like I don't dream i feels like I just lay there. but i do sleep cause what feels like 5 minutes becomes 1 hour or 2.

I need help with my dream recall.

Adoption might be a good idea if you'd like some individual help. Take a look at the \"Looking for a Newbie to Adopt\" post to see who it is you would like to possibly adopt you. If you're not sure about the process (though it's pretty simple), you can also look at \"To Those Looking Into Adoption\".

I'm experimenting with a different dream-recall procedure if you want to PM me and I can give you the run-down of what's happened so far. Feel free to ask if you have any more questions

Usually when someone has a dream-racall problem there is a simple solution.

The greatest way to become better at dream recall is to keep a dream journal, and be strict on yourself. Vow to remember your dreams before sleep, and when you wake up, right down anything you remember in as much detail as possible. Then, with a hi-lighter or whatever, mark the moments of the dream that are strange, and could only happen in the dream world (these are called "dream signs").

What you're doing is, getting your brain used to, not only remembering, but deciphering the dream world from the waking. In time, if you are diligent, you will become, slowly but surely, better at dream recall.

      Hope I've helped.

I have a laptop that I take to all my classes (each student gets one) and in my first class of the day, I type down my dreams. Dream Journals can be the easiest, and sometimes best method to induce dream recall. Usually, I try to play threw my dreams when Im in the shower or on my way to class. There are many ways to improve recall, you'll just have to try some and see what works best for you

You getting enough sleep man? My recal suffers the most when I get too little sleep. If I get a minimum of 6 hours, I'm ok. Less than that, and I won't remember a single dream, image, colour, feeling, zip.

Also are you on any medications of any kind? You can PM me if you'd rather keep your answers private. Anytime, ok man?

Yeah, not getting enough sleep can really kill recall, also, are you at all depressed (PM me if you want this private)? Depression can lead to bad recall.
