Those are some interesting questions. The whole point of WILD is to do it before sleeping. However, to do it right as your going to the bed for the first time is possible but really difficult for you have to wait for it to kick in which is different for everyone. Some wait 20 minutes while others wait 2 hours. For me, WILD isn't worth it unless I perform a WBTB first. |

i've been trying to WILD and get into SP for about a year and a half now with no sucess, I did a WBTB last night and entered SP immediatly. |

I think if you want to WILD before sleep, try WILDing before you nap. It works more effectively when you nap like maybe 2 to 8 hours after sleep. Try it. |
