Talking Lucid dream and OBE in one night!!!

ok so last night , or earlier this morning i had a lucid dream for sure and quite possibly an OBE, you guys be the judge.

      1st the lucid dream.
I know this is weird but just bare with me plz.

i was in a bathroom. The light was yellow and it was kinda cramped. I dont know how i looked because it was in first person. i saw my girlfriend standing in the shower, which was samll but had a curtain, white curtain, and she was stadiong there naked. As i looked at her i noticed she had a black eye and she was balding on the top and her hair was falling out. She looked sad. I was starting to think to myself, oh wait this must be a dream. So i looked at my hands "reality check", and noticed they looked weird. My left hand, or i thought it was, had 5 fingers but they were all stubbly and half as long, and i had no aposable thumb. I knew i must be dreaming. I was consciensously aware i was dreaming. Instead of freaking out i decided to exert some control. I cleared up her black eye and gave her blonde hair where hair was missing. But then she had mismatching hair style, brown and blonde, so i changed her hair to her natural hair color.

After all this we had sex on the bathroom counter, but theres no need to share those details

      2nd the OBE

i woke up in my sleeping position, on myside facing my blinds. I could see light coming through the blinds and i could see my girlfriend laying on herside, just like when i fell asleep. i tried looking at my hands just like in the lucid dream but this time i couldnt see my hands. i contiued to look around with my litied vision but i could move, it was like i was paralyzed. i tried getting up but i couldnt budge. i decided to just go back to sleep and closed my eyes. Then i went to sleep and woke up later.

let me know what you think. Honestly i am really excited about all this so i cant wait to hear your thoughts.

The second one isn't an OBE, it's even a lucid dream! You were in what we call sleep paralysis. It occurs during REM sleep as to keep you from acting out your dreams. Every so often your brain glitches and leaves it on when you awake. This feeling of paralysis can last anywhere from a few seconds to several minutes. Its important to remain calm and wait until it goes away. This happens every time you go to bed your just asleep so you don't notice it.

Oh yeah and there is no such thing as an OBE anyway. They're just regular dreams. I never understood how people could see a distinction.

Yeah, becuase you weren't actually moving your hand. You were sending the signals to move your hand, but your body wasn't responding becuase that what SP is. Yet becuase your mind has never experienced this before while awake it assumes that becuase you sent the signals you are moving your hand. Which is why you have the illusion of moving despite being immobile.
