Indeed. When you're lucid, everything seems real. But then again, it's a dream, a product of imagination. Let's say, if you want to touch a mirror, but in your mind you're thinking of a soft texture, once you touch the mirror, it would be soft. |

hello, I found this site yesterday and it is amazing. I have some questions about lucid dreaming. When you are lucid, do you feel stuff?(i.e. walls, fruit, glass) |

Hello and welcome to Dreamviews! In response to your question....absolutely! Lucid dreams can be as real as waking life sometimes. Not only can you feel realistic textures and whatnot, but all five senses can be displayed in realistic fashion. I have ate at an all you can eat buffet during a lucid, savored the fantastic taste, and even got full from eating so much, lol. Like morbid mentioned, dreams are unstable in nature, and textures/taste/smells/etc. can change. A real clear and vivid LD can truly blow your mind. Its crazy what the human mind can do! |
