convulsion trying to WILD

Hey, i read a tutorial to use Reverse bleeking in order to achieve SP and WILD.
So in the middle when my body was kinda sleeping, i was with my eyes closed and then i had a convulsion on the left side of my body, the left side of my body felt a really big tweach from my foot to my head, is this a sign of coming to SP?, needless to say i couldnt get a LD.
BTW, do i have to stay completely still to achieve SP?

yeh if yo continued it without fail you would have been very very close to lucidity, and in most cases you do need to stay still,

Are you sure your body really twitched? You may have just hallucinated it. It is common to feel intense and convincing physical hallucinations as you WILD.

Of course, you may have just twitched as a reaction to trying to remain completely still for too long.
