      Higgs2

Hello, i am Higgs2. That is because i filled in a wrong spelled emailadress when i wanted to reg as Higgs.

I have become more intested in LD because lately i have them more frequently. I always had the abilty to lucid dream, and my first memory of waking up in a dream was when i was 4 years old. I would have them now and then, but in recent months the frequency has gone up significantly. This morning i had two of them, and that never happened so maybe its time to look around more on this forum. I always had problems maintaining lucidity (going back to normal dream state of waking up), but in the second LD this moring i tried the spinning method promoted on this site, and i'll be damned. It worked! I think i was able to maintain consiousnes for about 1.5 til 2 minutes before waking up.

I don't know if there is some natural talent for this, but i can remember normal dreams quite well, and it happens sometime (fortunately not often) i don't know if a memory is real or from a dream. I can remember many dreamlandscapes, and also have lots of dreams in which certain of those landscapes are reoccurring, like dreamtwisted places i used to live or visit. I always are very interested in the strange "levels" our mind makes when dreaming. So every time i dream, i always remember or try to remember the views. I started doing this more active the last few years, and it might very well have triggered the increase in lucid dreams.

Anyway, will be reading more on this matter.

Higgs2. You are your own sequel.

I'm interested in hearing more about what you mean by trying to "remember the views." Do you mean, your point of view? Or the dream scenery, in general? How do you do this?

      Thank you Robot Butler!

I mean the dream scenery. And i remember them just like normal memories. Only i try to envision them a bit better because they can be very intriguing. It's some twisted or mixed up version of real sites from you memories. So i like to think about them, and envision them just like you could envision sights you saw on vacation for instance. If this makes sense anyway.

      Hi Higgs2!
Do you mean like go over the dream scenery in your mind when you wake up so you can remember them better and hopefully dream of them again?
These dreamscapes sound like a good dreamsign, so use them to help indude lucid dreams!
