      Have you done the basics?

Dream Journaling: This is one of the most pivotal things in increasing dream recall. Yes, you do dream every night, but usually you don't remember them. I know my recall used to be epic but I drifted away from LD'ing for a while and it went to crap. But if you take the time to write down your dreams, it'll actually help in improving your recall, since it acts as a motivator and reminder.

Positive Affirmations: If your recall needs improvement, then I suggest that when you head to sleep you repeat this phrase to yourself: "I will wake up and completely remember my dreams", or something along the lines of that. Just keep saying that until you're sufficiently drowsy or fall asleep. That way, it'll be fresh in your mind when you do go to sleep and it will improve your chances.

Reality Checks: Throughout the day, be sure to take a moment and ask yourself sincerely, "Am I dreaming?" and do a couple tests to make sure it's reality. A couple include trying to whistle, looking at your hands to make sure you have the proper amount of fingers, looking at text and then looking at it again to see if it's changed, try to push your finger through your other hand's palm... so on and so forth. Also, try to analyze your surroundings and be more sensitive to your senses. In case of a dream, that will make it more life-like and stable.

There are several techniques that don't require WILDing. MILD is where you repeat to yourself, "I will be lucid" and visualize yourself doing an in-dream reality check until you fall asleep. I'm sure there are others but they escape me at the moment.

Read the tutorials, the link to them is in my signature. And if you have any questions, look for someone with a green name and send them a PM. They should be able to help. (Like the dude above, who posted at the exact same time as me!!!) Or you can ask me. ^.^ I'm no high-ranking member but I'm knowledgable enough. I think.
