Easy Way for Dream Recall + Lucid Dreaming?

Hello, a couple of days ago, I discovered something that i think might help, maybe some of you have already discovered this maybe not, but I think that the more water you drink, the bigger of a chance you have to be able to recall dreams and even Lucid Dream. this has improved my dream recall by maybe a dream or so, but I only drink about a glass of water a day. Anyways, I hope this helps

Interesting theory. Does anyone know if this has any scientific backing? Seems like for me, it'd just want to make me pee a lot at night.

Hmm...drinking a glass or two of water just before bed can help you with WBTB if you aren't wanting/able to use an alarm. The water will cause your body to wake up because you need to use the restroom. As for water inducing LDs, its most likely a placebo. If it works for you though, keep doing it!

For me the easiest way for dream recalling is having enough sleep
