I registered here about a month ago around the same time my boyfriend did (CLG) but hadn't made any posts. He pretty much made me cause he's obsessed haha but I think it's cute

But anyways, a few weeks ago I started having this re-curring nightmare I had when I was 4 years old and each time I have it, it gets progressively more frightening so he suggested I look into LDing so I can control this dream.

I told him how my body naturally goes into sleep paralysis and I have a "mini-dream" that I'm in full control of but I know I'm still conscious and I guess I've been having WILDs for years now. I have 3-4 a night before I fall asleep and I'll have several of them during the day as well.

I guess I just want to find out more about LDing and see what else I've been doing without even realizing it. He's been talking my ear off about all this so I think its time I try it out myself

I just started really reading about lucid dreaming, but I wish you look. I don't know too much but I suggest that you look up the program infinity, that is what i am using. It is basically a 2 week course that gets somewhat more complicated every day until you have a full routine going. It has a %100 testing success, so I suggest you give a look. There are posts about it on these forums I believe but it is a little hard to find most download links to it are broken but if you try hard enough you will get it. Good luck!!!!
