Thanks morbid73 I just tried to sum up what I have been reading the past few days into a few paragraphs. Listen I read your first LD I thought it was pretty cool how you got lucid by realizing that you were breathing under water.

Well, It's easy to realize that you're dreaming since nobody can breathe underwater unless you have some apparatus.

Well still no luck tonight and my dream recall was preaatty bad remembered one dream that was very weird and a little bit of another.I did a couple of techniques such as listening to that stuff morbid sent me but no luck with that. I will keep trying though.It seems like im getting farther from lucid dreaming....

Just keep trying, and if you are getting farther than take a break for a week and come back to it. Good luck.
