Thread: wake up from lucid dream?

I am planning to lucid dream for first time,if I wanted to wake up from the dream what shall I do?

N.B. I know that most people including me would want to spend their life there in dreamworld , but I just want want to know,how to wake up myself from lucid dream?

I'm pretty sure it's impossible to spend your life in a lucid dream. However, I suppose you could return to the same setting and "continue the story" in future lds.

As for your question, all you have to do to wake up in a dream is to lie down and close your eyes. When you open them, you should be awake.

Oh don't worry, most people naturally wake themselves up by getting overexcited the first time lol
Anyway, some other ways is closing your eyes and thinking about waking up, focusing on your real body and trying to open your real eyes, or simply willing to, they may not work every single time, but hey, what does?
