So I've entered nearly full sleep paralysis countless times, it doesn't take more than 15 minutes or so anymore since I've done it quite a few times. My only real roadblock lately is... Salivation. |

There are many topics on this, yes. But I feel that with each topic, new opinions and ideas that may not have been mentioned before can often come up. |

In Jeff's Wild Guide, he says to prop your head up so the saliva goes down your throat and isn't an issue. Honestly I think its more of a mind over matter type issue. I need to work on this too, but generally all I have to do is focus. |

Do you have a problem with this when you fall asleep normally? What about the WILD makes you care about your swallowing? |

I might add that swallowing a little bit is only a big issue if you make it that way, if you stress out and focus on NOT swallowing, it'll mess you up. Just swallow if you need to. |
