      Second lucid now!

Already have had my second lucid! I Have Stephen LaBerge's lucid dreaming-A concise guide to awakening in your dreams and in your life. This comes with a cd and has some tracks on it which are very useful. I listened to one before I went to bed last night and the other night when I had my first lucid I listnend to his guided meditation. Afterwards I lay in bed and repeated his process. Both nights I have gone to bed around 12 at night and the first night I woke up at 3.18am and had had my lucid then last night I woke up at 3.30am. This is a little earlier than most people say it takes to enter REM sleep, is there anyone else like this?

So I realised I was dreaming and looked at my hands, yup 6 fingers again, I didnt do anything to stabilize so I need to focus on that next time but there were about 8 of my friends around me, I was only talking to two of them. I told them they were all in my dream and they were just in my head. One dc was confused and the other one told him "dont worry man, its his dream its all good" We were in a huge playground castle like thing. Me and my mate could see two enemies in the distance looking around. We both wanted a gun so we could shoot them. This felt a lot like call of duty or something like that. So I thought great I need and AK. I closed my dream eyes and said AK, looked at the ground and nothing, I then asked a DC to bring up and ak so I closed my eyes again and I felt him pretending to sling an AK over me but again nothing. I was dissapointed and didnt know what to do. Then I saw two dead enemies on a bridge infront of me with AK's at their feet so I ran across the bridge and grabbed one and ran back, I wasnt scazred of being shopt even though I wouldv been in the open across the bridge. I took a couple shots around the place but didnt hit anything, I started jumping on ledges and all over the place like you do in COD which was not a good idea because everything started fading and I woke up, My eyes were still closed and I hoped I could DEILD back into it, I could feel my right hand still grasping the gun but I think I was too awake. I then opened my eyes and recorded my dream.

It was awsome!!! So much fun, I cant wait till next time and try to stabilize myself a lot more. Im also realy keen to try the spinning technique as that sounds like a lot of fun.

At least they didn't own you.
May I recommend the grenade as a weapon for next time?

woah awesome!!! =] I'm reading through tutorials on this site to start working on getting more lucid dreams. I've only ever had one and that was before I even knew they existed.

      Hope you have more!

It's really good that the lucidity lasted pretty long!
