Hi there! Welcome to the forum! Discovering lucid dreams is very exciting! |

I only recently discovered lucid dreaming as a practice rather than a random event and so far I'm impressed. Although I haven't been able to induce a lucid dream so far my dream recall has become a lot better. I've gone from having very vague memories of one dream per night or none at all to being able to recall 3-4 dreams per night in just a few days. The dream journal definitely helps and I am able to wake my self after most dream cycles with out the assistance of any sort of trigger. I look forward to having my first induced lucid experience and would appreciate any extra help anyone on the forums can give me. Thanks for this awesome site! |

"...and we want punks in the palace, 'cos punks got the loveliest dreams..." - A Silver Mt. Zion
It was the best of times. It was the end of times.
Lots of things can change how much you remember, stress and how well you slept probably being the biggest. Don't worry about it if you're remembering 5-10 or more a week, you're ready to lucid dream and you will with the right technique. What technique are you currently trying? I recommend coupling MILD and WBTB |

Thanks, I've been using the combination of MILD and WBTB for a few nights now and I've attempted WILDing. So far no lucid dreams but dream recall is a lot better, heres to hoping I have one soon! |
