      Looking for help

      How does a person ask for a dream teacher. Like someone actually show me an example of what I'm really trying to learn?

      I'm not sure how to go about asking this, but feels like I'm stuck on a merry go around.. Been trying/reading about this stuff for a few years now and seems like I'm getting nowhere with this. Especially with meditation. Don't seem to be getting that one at all.

      not the type of help I was looking for but thanks anyways. Was looking for a more direct, hands on approach.

      Personally, I think learning on your own is the best method. I would read Naiya's thread in the Attaining Lucidity. She does explain things pretty well. I would also practice a couple of techniques at once(personally, I try to RC during day along with DILDing at night, then try to WILD 4-6hr into my sleep), but, that's just me
