      A good LD method for a newbie?

      What's a good Lucid Dream method/technique for a newbie in the LD world?

      I see there's a lot of methods: WILD, MILD, DILD, WBTB, DEILD, etc , etc.

      I was going to try the WBTB method but I see many people start with another one, so I'm getting confused and I don't know what's a good and easy method to start with.

      Any help?
