Are you dreaming? ......Is this a dream? *does a reality check
Status: Improving Dream Recall, doing WBTB, and constant RCs.
I always stress the basics--build your dream recall (possibly with a dream journal), think about your dreams during the day, and look for common threads (a.k.a. dream signs). Remember before you go to bed that the next thing you do will be dreaming, and you're that much more primed to realize what's going on when you get there. |

If you have a sense of caring for others, you will manifest a kind of inner strength in spite of your own difficulties and problems. With this strength, your own problems will seem less significant and bothersome to you. By going beyond your own problems and taking care of others, you gain inner strength, self-confidence, courage, and a greater sense of calm.Dalai Lama
I recommend MILD or DILD for a newbie. MILD is the easiest to do--you really only need to set aside ten minutes or so before going to bed, and if you decide to use WBTB and MILD with each WBTB, a little extra time for sleep to cover all that awak time in between also. But for the most basic MILD, it's just that time before bed; no having to remember things during the day, no having to get up in the middle of the night, ect. |
