I've been having lucid dreams for most of my life and its pretty easy for me to go straight to lucid dreaming. I just found out all this info about it... like its actually called something, that there's research done about it etc. but now what...? |

You are pretty much considered lucky around here. Lucid dreaming is a skill people practice to experience new things that may not be possible in real life and we get a thrill out of it. You know, jumping off buildings, ignoring social norms, interviewing dream characters, and... flying. Others may use it to combat nightmares and things other than for entertainment. |

There's certainly more to it. That's really great that you've been doing it your whole life, and as Louie54 suggested, the dream control tutorial is something you may find incredibly helpful. |

I was thinking about it all today and I realize I can't will myself to have a lucid dreams it just kinda happens...not every night but frequently...I wanna see if i can train myself to do it at will that would be fun... i also can't really control whats in the dream I just kind of enjoy the ride... |

if you can learn to control, you can do anything. |
