      Now what???

I've been having lucid dreams for most of my life and its pretty easy for me to go straight to lucid dreaming. I just found out all this info about it... like its actually called something, that there's research done about it etc. but now what...? is there more to it ..... or is it just a cool thing i can do?

You are pretty much considered lucky around here. Lucid dreaming is a skill people practice to experience new things that may not be possible in real life and we get a thrill out of it. You know, jumping off buildings, ignoring social norms, interviewing dream characters, and... flying. Others may use it to combat nightmares and things other than for entertainment.

I encourage you to make the best of what you got. Most of us have to work hard for it. Seeing as though you don't need a technique to attain lucidity, then you should move on to Dream Control

      Oh and welcome to DreamViews

There's certainly more to it. That's really great that you've been doing it your whole life, and as Louie54 suggested, the dream control tutorial is something you may find incredibly helpful.

Feel free to post any questions here and welcome to the forum!
