Is this a lucid dream, or just a dream about an LD?

Okay, so I'm new here, forgive my noob-ness, please. xD Anyways, I had a strange dream a couple of days ago, and I can't really tell whether it was a real lucid dream or just a dream about having one. So, I found myself standing alone in a huge open room with a plain white floor and no ceiling. There were walls, but they were far apart and they were made of brick. All of a sudden, I started to feel really excited because I thought maybe I was dreaming. I didn't bother doing an RC for some reason, and so I tried to make one of my friends appear at will. I closed my eyes and turned around, but there was just a cool-looking guy in sunglasses and a black suit. I think I woke up shortly afterwards. It was weird because I was kind of aware I was dreaming, but it felt like a dream within a dream (haha Edgar Allen Poe) and even though I tried to summon my friend, I did it without thinking about it. I kind of think it was just a dream about lucid dreaming, but I can't be really sure. Sorry if this is a stupid post. I'm probably just wasting your time or something. xD
