      Hi!

Hi, my name is Katrina and I'm new here. When I was little I could recall my dreams really well, but then I couldn't remember what I dreamt. But to be honest - I kind of didn't care or I just didn't think about it, but then my friend started talking about her dreams and what she can do in them and I envied her a bit. She also told me about this forum, so I decided to join and see whether I'll be able to have LDs, but first I have to learn how to recall my dreams xD Although it sound way more easier than it is - I have tried, but I just don't succeed - I have recalled only 1 dream But I hope that I will do better, so if you have some suggestions I'll be happy to hear them.

For dream recall, I recommend laying in bed with your eyes closed after you wake up. Your brain thinks that you're trying to go to sleep, so it turns everything it needs for dreaming back on, this usually brings back the memory of your last dream.

If you want to really get excited about the possibilities, go check out a few peoples' dream journals. Nothing gets me more motivated (and jealous) than hearing about someone's crazy and amazing dreams.

xD the same for me - I just want to know what I am dreaming about and whether it is as interesting as it is for others. It's so unfair that I can't remember my dreams... But, well I guess I just have to try harder
